Plus Ultra Lineas Aereas is not approved under Part 145 regulation so all maintenance activities must be contracted out to Part 145 approved maintenance organizations (Contracted Organization from now on).
In these cases the contracted organization must follow the applicable approved Plus Ultra Lineas Aereas procedures and, specifically, the technical procedures established in this manual.
